Jackie of Makeup & Hair by Jackie Romero has been a part of the Lili family for many years! Starting with her mother buying her wedding gown 38 years ago from our very own Lisa’s mother, Ruth! SO it was only natural when it was time for Jackie to get engaged, that she come to Lili! Jackie is a talented makeup artist who has been doing our brides and models makeup for some time for our photo shoots, our own brides’ weddings, and Lili 60 Anniversary Bash last fall. So it is truly a special moment for us to celebrate and honor HER very own big day as a Lili Bride!
She walked down the aisle at Calamigos Ranch towards her now husband Ethan in an ethereal and modern Chic Nostalgia. This gown matched Jackies’ unique, effortless, and artistic sense of style perfectly. The halter a-line is a rare combination of soft and fierce, timeless and boho. It features hand beaded floral and geometric lace panels layered over dotted tulle, and the open back is fastened at the neck with pearl buttons. We were delighted to hear that the FIRST thing that all her guests said to her was “OH MY GOODNESS, THAT DRESS!”
We are overjoyed with love for Jackie! She is an incredibly genuine soul, full of sweetness and selflessness. We are so excited to continue our familial relationship with Jackie, as well as continue to collaborate on more passion projects.
